I gave this jacket a 5 because even though it was a little small it is very beautiful. The leather is soft and the customer service is phenomenal. Before they complete your order they call you and ensure the size that you want. I should have just stuck with my original size. Nevertheless the jacket runs a little small but that can be easily fixed by going up a little larger.
