I told them I was ordering a medium, to make sure the shoulders and bust fit, even though it meant the waist would run big on the jacket. I told them I ordered a medium because I didn't want to feel any pull in the elbows and shoulders and under arms, so I was ordering up a size. They said if I sent them my exact measurements, they would make the jacket to my exact size. Wow! I couldn't believe the level of customer service they were willing to provide, at absolutely no extra cost. I took all my measurements, including the length of my arms. The jacket arrived, and fits absolutely beautifully! Like it was made for me, which, it was!!!!! I would order from them again. The style is feminine, the leather quality is awesome, the fit is perfect. I LOVE this jacket!
