5th pair of Paolo's. My experience is they run true to size in the wedges. But the platform sneakers (my second pair) run small and tight around the toes. First, pair I got a 6.5, my normal show size. With my feet being almost a . 5 size in difference by end of day my right footie gets angry. This pair I went for a 7. These are beautifully made shoes, real leather, smell great, look nice. If you like them buy them, stock is not always avail.
