So far so good. I've only had these shoes for a day, but I can already feel a huge difference with these. I have flat feet, so I experience a lot of arch pain during my work in the hospital. These shoes definitely provide more arch support than other shoes I've bought in the past (NursesMates, Nikes, Danskos, etc). My shoe size is a 9.5, and these shoes are a little bigger in length than expected. But I can still walk in them fine without any major issues. I'm still experiencing some foot arch pain, but this can easily be fixed with some orthotic inserts.
